Thimgan Hayden paints the portrait, figure, landscape and still life with a unique style reminiscent
of a European master. She works in oils and drawing mediums using only the finest quality archival materials. Her work is
moody and distinctive. Thimgan Hayden has an active studio and atelier just north of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Artist's Statement: "To be touched by art is to double our awareness; to be touched
anew by the experience of existence which gives us such form, such light, such spirit. I intend my paintings to grow into
old friends, beautiful in their familiarity."
